If you cannot access your Picturepark account, please take the following steps: 

If your password has expired or your username is incorrect: 
  1. Please contact your local Picturepark administrator (not via the Picturepark Helpdesk). 
  2. If that person is not available, or you are that person and you need assistance from Picturepark, please contact Picturepark Support. Please note that we are not authorized to make user account changes, but we will try to get you the help you need.

You can reset your Picturepark password from the log-in window. (Click image to enlarge.) 


If you have forgotten your Picturepark password: 

  1. Please use the Lost Password? option on the Picturepark login window. (see image) 
  2. If this option is not available to you, please contact your Picturepark administrator.
